2. Describe machine problems (Mô tả vấn đề của máy móc)

Bạn có biết máy in bị lỗi gì không?: Do you know what's wrong with the printer?
Chúng tôi sẽ gọi cho ai để báo cáo sự cố về máy in? Who do we call to report a problem with the printer?
Khi nào máy in sẽ được sửa? When is the printer going to be fixed?
Máy in trong phòng sếp bị hỏng rồi. Máy in kia đâu? The printer in the boss's room is broken. Where is the other printer?
Máy in bị hết mực rồi: The printer has run out of ink
- Máy in cần thay mực: Printer needs to replace ink
- Cần thay mực máy in: Need to replace printer's ink

Máy photo lại bị kẹt: The copy machine is jammed again
Máy photo bị hỏng: The copy machine is broken
Chúng tôi cần sửa máy photo: We need to get the copy machine fixed
Một kỹ thuật viên sẽ đến vào chiều nay để sửa chữa máy photo: A technician is coming this afternoon to fix the copy machine
Giấy cho máy photo ở đâu? Where is the paper for the copy machine?

3. Buying stationery (Mua văn phòng phẩm)

Chúng ta cần đặt / đặt mua / mua thêm giấy: We need to order more paper.
Chúng ta sắp hết giấy rồi: We're running low.
Chúng ta cần đặt mua thêm văn phòng phẩm: We need to order more stationery
Chúng ta hết bút bi rồi, chúng ta cần mua bút bi: we have run out of pen, we need to buy pen

Note:

If you want to say: Máy XXX bị hỏng = The machine XXX is broken, you can replace "máy in", "máy photo" with any kind of machines, for example: máy pha cà phê (coffee making machine), máy rửa chén bát (dish washing machine), máy giặt (washing machine), lò vi sóng (micro ove), lò nướng (oven)...
