Keen learner of new languages

Hi everyone, I'm Shawn. I'm an aspiring traveler and thrill seeker. Foreign history and culture fascinates me. They say you learn plenty about one's culture through one's language, so that's why I'm here.I would love to learn a little bit of every language. But for now cyrillic/slavic and arabic languages interests me. Languages are a huge part of culture and take back a little bit of new words every time I travel.

I'm currently a university student from Singapore and I'd like to pick up Spanish :) I want to backpack South America someday in the next 7 years, and I'd like to be able to speak some conversational Spanish by then :) In return, I can offer you English and Mandarin Chinese tips! :) Currently I'm still a beginner really, but I hope that stands to change with time!
